Ingredients
4 servings
700gbeef steak
I used blade steak, trimmed of fat, cut into stir fry sized strips
0.25 CupCorn flour
2 tablespoonsolive oil
0.5 TeaspoonGinger
Minced
2 ClovesGarlic
Crushed
¾ cupsoy sauce
¾ cupwater
40gBrown Sugar
½ cupcarrot
shredded
3Spring Onions
chopped, I used 2 full ones & then the white part of perhaps another 3
Instructions
Step 1
Spray Cooker with non stick oil
Step 2
Roll beef in corn flour & add to the slow cooker
Step 3
Combine all other ingredients into a bowl & pour over the beef.
Step 4
Cook on Low for 4-5hrs (I cooked mine for just over 4).
Step 5
Serve with stir-fried vegetable and steamed rice.
