Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line 8 muffin cups with liners.
Step 3
Mash the bananas in a bowl (very ripe bananas are best for this recipe).

Add coconut oil and egg, and blend until mixture is smooth.
Step 5
Add almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda; mix well.
Step 6
Add chopped walnuts and stir to combine.
Step 7
Spoon the batter into muffin cups.
Step 8
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Step 9
Let muffins cool in the pan for about half an hour, then serve.
