Instructions

Step 1
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey and ginger with a fork.
Step 2
Marinate salmon in mixture for 2 hours/ overnight.
Step 3
Pan fry salmon skin down for 6-10 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
Step 4
Serve with rice and steamed broccoli and mangetout
Step 5
Use leftover marinade as sauce
Step 6
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
