Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and 1 tbs sugar until combined. Pat fish fry, place in large resealable bag, and pour mixture over top. Seal and let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature, turn once.
Step 2
Meanwhile in a medium bowl, mix together orange zest, 3 tbs of the oil, vinegar, and 2 tsp sugar. Add cabbage and orange segments. Toss to coat.
Step 3
Remove fish from marinate. Heat a 10inch non-stick skillet over medium-high. Add remaining 1 tbs oil and marinated fish. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until just slightly pink in center. Remove from skillet. Add in leftover marinade and simmer uncovered for 1 minute.
Step 4
Drizzle fish with sauce and serve with slaw. Top with green onions.
