Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F

Add lemon juice, olive oil, and seasoning into a bowl and whisk.

Place the chicken and potatoes into a baking dish. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes. Then pour the lemon sauce over the top

Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Step 5
Remove the chicken and change heat to broil
Step 6
Crisp the potatoes for 3 minutes
Step 7
Remove the potatoes from the pan
Step 8
Add additional chicken broth to the pan, heat to medium heat on the stove, and let boil down to make a sauce.
Step 9
Drizzle over chicken and potatoes and serve.
