Instructions

Step 1
Season your chicken with 2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp paprika. ( mix until well combined )
Step 2
In a bowl, mix your cornstarch+ flour and water. ( wet mixture). For the (dry mixture) ( flour+salt)
Step 3
Dip your chicken first on the wet mixture, before proceeding to the dry mixture
Step 4
FRY ( medium heat)7 mins ; 2nd fry ( medium high heat) 2-3 mins
Step 5
Set aside to cool

Sauce:

Step 6
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, place in your garlic( sauté for about 2 mins) add the parmesan cheese and green onions )
Step 7
Place your chicken in a bowl/ container, pour in the sauce and mix/shake well. Add more cheese if necessary.
