Smoked Gouda Miso Garlic Bread with Hot Honey
I love this with brioche because the sweet flavor and fluffy texture go beautifully with the umami miso and hot honey. It all just WORKS. Try this and let me know what you think 😍it’s important you choose a gouda that has a low melting point - the smoked gouda from Whole Foods works PERFECTLY!

When ready to assemble spread the paste evenly throughout the loaf and press the cheese firmly into each pocket of the loaf until well coated.
