Instructions

Step 1
To prepare the dough: Knead the dough components together until it becomes a coherent dough, cut it to an equal sized balls, cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for half an hour until it rest.

Mix the filling ingredients all by hand until the ingredients are well mixed and put in the refrigerator for half an hour until they stick together.

Roll out the balls with a rolling pin with a thin thickness, then transfer it to a baking tray.

The meat filling is distributed over the dough.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
