Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large non-stick skillet on med-high heat, heat oil. Add tofu and season with salt and pepper. Cook 12-14 min, flipping once, until golden and lightly crispy. Divide tofu, quinoa, raddish, carrot, avocado, and cilantro between 2 Bowls. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients and pour over Bowls.
