Instructions
Step 1
Cook the flat rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes (if using).
