Instructions

Step 1
Over Medium Heat in a large pot add the oil, once its hot add the sausage
Step 2
once the sausage begin to brown add the peppers and onion. Sauté few a minutes then add the garlic. season with salt & pepper
Step 3
once it's fragrant add the butter and the red bean. season with the listed spices & mix before add the beef stock and corn starch slurry.
Step 4
add the bay leaves and cover. simmer on low heat for 25-35 minutes
Step 5
add the shrimp, cover & simmer for another 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Step 6
serve with rice & garnish with the green onions and parsley. I recommend some avocado as well! Enjoy!
