Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Roll cubes of meat in this mixture.
Step 2
Cook bacon in pot, followed by onion until onions soften.
Step 3
Add meat and stir constantly until meat is all browned.
Step 4
Add second set of salt, pepper, marjoram, garlic, water and boullion cubes.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and cover tightly. Simmer 1.5-2 hours, adding water if necessary.
Step 6
Add potatoes and carrots.
Step 7
Cover and continue simmering until meat and vegetables are all tender ( 30-45 mins).
Step 8
Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly and heat but don’t boil. Serve immediately.
