Instructions
Step 1
Add a little oil to a pan on medium heat then add the pork sausages and the bacon. Try not to disturb them and let them get a little color then flip . Next slice the tomatoes and add them skin side up then take the stems out of the mushrooms and add them skin side up . Remove the bacon and sausages and cover to keep them warm .



Step 2
Flip over the tomatoes and mushrooms then add salt pepper and thyme . Remove them from the pan and keep warm . Slice the black and white pudding into thick slices then add to the pan . Fry 2 minutes then flip and fry another 2-3 minutes . Add eggs to the pan and some butter and salt and pepper . Cover with the lid and baste the eggs in the butter to cook the yolks without flipping . Warm some baked beans then toast the bread and serve .
