Instructions

Step 1
Cook down tomato paste in olive oil

Add garlic and onions sauté

Add water with all the spices

Finally mix in the cilantro and parsley when you think it’s seasoned right

When sauce is bubbling crack eggs in gently add about 4 to 6 eggs

Cover and allow to cook for a few minutes till egg white are good let those yolks be runny

Eat it with bread it’s better right out the pan
