Curry Sauce
1 cupcoconut milk
½ cupwater
1 Tbspcurry powder
1 Tspchili powder
0.5 Tspturmeric
0.5lime
juice of, or lemon
0.5 Tbspagave
or maple syrup

Instructions
Step 1
Stir and heat up curry sauce ingredients on medium heat while preparing the rest.
Step 2
Chop other ingredients and fry in some oil for a few minutes until softened.
Step 3
Chop up rotis or tortillas up and add to the pan. Add a few ladles of the curry sauce and stir fry for 2-3mins. Break up into smaller pieces with a spoon by gently pounding once softened.
Step 4
Serve with more curry sauce.
