Step 1
On dry room temp turkey, inject butter. Then separate skin from bird, add garlic butter rub.
Step 2
Rub oil + seasoning mix. Get inside bird as well. Stuff bird with fresh rosemary, thyme, onion, carrots & celery.
Step 3
Tie legs with cooking twine. Loosely Cover with foil, bake when internal Temp reaches 145°F uncover n continue to cook till done.
