cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

1onion
large, finely chopped

4garlic cloves
minced

2 Tbsginger
grated

1 x 29 ozcan tomato sauce

2 Tbsolive oil

1 Tbsgaram marsala

2 tspground cumin

2 tspground coriander

2 tsppaprika

1 tsptumeric

½ tspcinnamon

5 tspcayenne pepper

½ tspground black pepper

1bay leaf

1 cupheavy cream
or full fat coconut milk

Instructions
Step 1
Grease the inside of the Crockpot. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients through salt & pepper. Stir, making sure that chicken is well-coated. Pour into the slow cooker and place bay leaves on top. Cover a cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. When done, in a small bowl, combine cream and corn starch and gently stir into pot. Allow o cook for another 20 minutes to thicken. Gently stir in lemon juice.
