Instructions
Step 1
Rinse your mushrooms.
Step 2
Remove the steams from your mushrooms.
Step 3
Dice up the mushroom steams.
Step 4
Heat up a medium sized skillet on medium/high heat & preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Step 5
Add your olive oil, diced mushroom steams & garlic to your heated pan. Stir until soft.
Step 6
Once the ingredients has softened add the cream cheese, black pepper and dried oregano. Stir until the cream cheese has softened.
Step 7
Add the shredded Parmesan and stir again (until the cheese has melted).
Step 8
Scoop out your filling and place inside the mushroom top. You can put more Parmesan on the top if you desire!
Step 9
On a non-stick baking sheet or, lined with aluminum foil, place the mushroom tops on top & cook for 10-15 or, until the mushrooms have softened.
Step 10
Enjoy your stuffed mushrooms warm!
