Instructions
Step 1
Cook the bucatini as directed on package until tender. Do not overcook! Drain well.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, scramble eggs in a large bowl and mix in cheese, parsley, pepper and salt.
Step 3
Add in the drained bucatini and toss until all coated.
Step 4
In large skillet over medium heat add olive oil to coat pan. Then add macaroni and all the egg mixture. Spread evenly in skillet.
Step 5
Cook until bottom is lightly browned and carefully flip it over to brown the other side. Cool to room temperature before serving. Store in refrigerator.
