enough to coat entire base in single layer

300gcanned tuna
or smoked salmon or corned beef

1tomato
medium, sliced

sun-dried tomatoes

6eggs
large

2 TBSPmilk
or cream or milk sub

1 handfulGruyere cheese
or parmesan, Grated

mixed herbs

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

whole egg mayo

frozen spinach
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius

Step 2
Place pastry into pie plate, prick with fork

Spread mustard
Step 4
Optional: Mayo or cream cheese layer

Add tuna layer
Step 6
Add tomato slices and sundried tomatoes

Beat eggs with milk and pinch of salt and pepper (optional: add veg like chopped spinach)

Pour egg mixture in

Sprinkle cheese

Top with mixed herbs
