Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Cook the white part of the scallion with the peppers and salt for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the garlic, cook until fragrant. (About 1 minute) Add the ground turkey and brown until cooked through.⁣
Step 2
-- Pour turkey & onion mixture into a Crockpot, add in tomatoes, cumin, and chili powder. Stir to combine.⁣
Step 3
-- Cover & cook on low until you’re ready to enjoy! ⁣
Step 4
-- Ladle into bowls and top each with an ounce of avocado and ½ ounce of cheese. Garnish with the green part of scallions. ⁣
