Ingredients

6Lamb sausages
or turkey
2 cupslactose free cheddar blend
1 ½ cupsfrozen peas
3 cupsbaby spinach
1 cupcooking cream
4 ½ cupsorecchiette
fresh garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the sausages and gently fry them in a pan. Once they are golden on both sides, take them out and keep them aside.
Step 2
In the pan caramelize finally sliced garlic.
Step 3
Add baby spinach leaves.
Step 4
Add frozen peas along with a splash of pasta water to pick up the glazed bits.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta along with some salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Toss everything well.
Step 6
Add cream and gently stir well.
Step 7
Add grated cheddar cheese and let the sauce thicken over low heat.
Step 8
Add back the fried sausages.
Step 9
Dinner is served!
