Cook cauliflower rice as per package and while that is cooking, in a pan add some olive oil (or whatever oil you like), your broccoli, your edamame, and your seasonings (as always season with your heart). Once your cauliflower is done open the bag and let the steam dissipate and then add it to the pan and sauté it for about 3 minutes and then make a well in the middle and crack in your 2 eggs. Scramble your eggs into the mixture and mix everything well. Once that is all mixed add in your soy sauce (to taste) and chicken and mix again. Give it a taste and season if needed. Enjoy!
