Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
In a large bowl mix all rub ingredients together.
Step 3
Remove skin from chicken, add to large bowl and mix chicken and rub thoroughly.
Step 4
In a large oven safe fry pan melt 2 TBS butter
Step 5
butter. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add garlic and rice. saute until golden.
Step 6
Pour 2 cups chicken broth into rice mixture and heat until warmed through
Step 7
Arrange chicken pieces in pan, cover tightly and bake 40min.
Step 8
Remove cover from pan and bake another 30 minutes.
