Instructions

Step 1
Saute first five ingredients in olive oil
Step 2
add ground beef & cook until browned
Step 3
Add chili powder, cumin, tobasco, garlic salt, beer, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Let stand 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add remaining ingredients. Cover & simmer on low heat for three hours.
Step 6
Remove bay leaf before serving. Serve with shredded cheese
