250 farina
160 acqua
30 g di olio d'oliva
Mezzo cucchiaino di sale
Mezzo cucchiaino di lievito
1 cucchiaino di miele
-Unire tutti gli ingredienti aggiungere il sale per ultimo,
Coprire la ciotola con un panno e lasciar riposare per 30 minuti
Effettuare 3 giri di pieghe lβimpasto dovrΓ risultare liscio e omogeneo
Chiudere lβimpasto ermeticamente in un contenitore e lasciar lievitare per 2 ore , dopo 20 ore in frigo .
Tirate fuori dal frigo l'impasto, dividetelo in
palline, strofinare con olio d'oliva e coprire. Lascia riposare finchΓ© diventa gonfio
Cuocere a 250c per 15 min

250 flour
160 water
30 g olive oil
Half tsp salt
Half tsp yeast
1 tsp honey
-Combine all ingredients then add salt, rest 30min Knead until a homogeneous dough is formed
Room temperature for 2 hours , then put it in the fridge for 20 hours
Take the dough out of the fridge, divide it into
balls, rub with olive oil and cover. Let it rest until puffy
Bake at 250c for 15 min.
