This cake has no oils or butter. And instead of greasing and flouring the pan you grease and sugar the pan. This give the cake a caramelized outside.

Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add in apples, applesauce, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Grease a Bundt pan then add sugar to the Bundt pan and swirl around until pan is well coated with the sugar. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cook for twenty minutes before removing from pan.
