Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and return to pot. Add chili, corn, salsa, and 2 cups cheddar. Stir until well combined.
Step 2
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar.
Step 3
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and casserole is heated through. Top servings with sour cream, if desired.
