Yorkshire puddings, makes 10 muffin sized puddings. Half the recipe to make 5 puddings, 150ml milk, 2 eggs, 125g plain flour. 2-3 puddings, 75ml milk, 1 egg, 63g plain flour

Instructions

Step 1
Place the eggs, salt & milk in a blender & blend for a few seconds.
Step 2
Start the blender and gradually add the flour bit by bit untill thoroughly blended & airy.
Step 3
Let the mixture sit for half an hour.
Step 4
Heat your oven to 210°C. Heat a muffin tin with 2 tsps of cooking oil in each hole until smoking hot.
