Fasoil is definitely my husband’s favorite stew he can literally have it everyday, so I usually make A little more so we can have leftovers and it’s also wonderful for me because I don’t Have to cook the next day.

Instructions
Step 1
1- soak the great northern beans in water and leave it overnight. The next day drain them then add the beans into a pot, add enough water to cover the beans and boil for about 20 minutes until soft then drain again.
Step 2
2- Cook your stew meat either in a pressure cooker or on the stove top until tender
Step 3
3-put a pot on the stove add the olive oil let it get hot then add in the onions and garlic and sauté for about a minute
Step 4
4-add the tomato paste in and cook the tomato paste for about a minute as well
Step 5
5-next add in the boiled meat give it a quick mix 6-then add in the beans and the seasonings, the 6 cups of hot water, give it a good mix cover the pot and boil for about 10 to 15 minutes until the stew thickens up and enjoy it with some white rice.
