Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F. While waiting for oven to heat up, cut bell peppers in halves along vertical side. Rub olive oil to the body of the bell peppers, and place them on a baking sheet. Step 2

Step 4

Step 5
Remove bell peppers from oven after 25 mins is reached. Place a piece of cheddar cheese to each bell pepper. Add cooked beef onion and musheoom mix on top of the cheddar cheese, top off the bell pepper with another piece of cheese. (25分钟后,将彩椒移除出烤箱。在彩椒里放入一片芝士,芝士上面放炒好的牛肉洋葱和蘑菇。在牛肉上再放一片芝士。)
Step 6
