Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Step 2
Slice your jalapenos lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Step 3
Add the cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Colby cheese and Monterrey Cheese to a bowl and mix.
Step 4
Spoon the cheese mixture into the jalapeno halves.
Step 5
Roll the dought and slice lengthwise into 12 long strips.
Step 6
Wrap each cheese-stuffed jalapeno with strips of dough.
Step 7
Arrange the dough-wrapped, cheese-stuffed jalapeno halves on the prepared baking tray. Lightly brush the dough with egg wash.
Step 8
Bake until they’re golden, about 12 minutes.
Step 9
As soon as they’re out of the oven, carefully press 2 candy eyeballs into each mummy
Step 10
Cool slightly and serve warm.
