500gBrussels sprouts
halved
200gBanana Shallots
peeled and halved
tin chickpeas
1 tspground cumin
1 tspground coriander
1 tspchili powder
1 Tbsvegetable oil
2 tspsalt
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Add the vegetables and chickpeas on a roasting tin and mix with the spices and oil. Set an oven to 180 and roast for 25 mins
Step 2
Mix the dressing and pour over the roasted vegetables
