Instructions

Step 1
mix the water and yeast and leave to activate
Step 2
mix flour and salt
Step 3
add yeast mixture to flour and knead until smooth 10 mins
Step 4
transfer to an oiled bowl and allow to rise until doubled in size
Step 5
knock back and shape into 10 equal balls
Step 6
allow to rise for another 30 mins
Step 7
preheat oven to its highest and place a baking tray inside
Step 8
roll the balls into ovals and bake until puffed
