Art Carnitas with Art Car IPA. This recipe was inspired by the Art Carnie's One Pot Showdown entry. Can be made in Slow Cooker or Instant Pot.

Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in order in Instant Pot or slow cooker. If in Instant Pot recommend using a roasting rack.
Step 2
2. Marinade in refrigerator for 6 – 8 hours minimum.
Step 3
3. Cook in Instant Pot for 1 hour or in slow cooker on low for 6 – 8 hours.
Step 4
4. Remove meat and shred on a pan.
Step 5
5. Drizzle drippings over meat.
Step 6
6. Broil for 4 – 6 minutes or until the ends get crispy.
