Instructions
Step 1
Heat up olive oil. Toss in garlic until fragrant. Right before browning, turn off burner and deglaze with vodka. Turn back on burner and heat until most of vodka is evaporated. Dump in two cans crushed tomatoes and simmer until you can run a spoon down the center of the pan and the gap stays. Add cream until you get the consistency you want.
