Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 glass casserole dish with cooking spray. Wash shrimp and remove tail shells. Pat dry with paper towel. Take gallon size zip lock bag and add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, pinch of mozzarella cheese and olive oil. Close bag and shake to mix ingredients. Add shrimp and shake to coat. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Spread shrimp so they are in a single layer. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese, parsley and pepper to taste. Drizzle melted butter over each shrimp. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-23 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta mixed with a little olive oil, garlic powder & grated parmesan cheese.
