Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add your ground beef and onion, and cook until browned and the onion becomes translucent, then drain the grease if necessary.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the chili powder, paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and marinara, stir to combine.
Step 3
Add the cauliflower into the pan and pop on a lid to let it steam, just until tender. The amount of time to let it steam will vary depending on if you are using frozen or fresh cauliflower, but usually about 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Once the cauliflower is tender, break it up into smaller pieces if desired.
Step 5
Turn off the heat and add the cheddar cheese, stirring until well incorporated and melted.
Step 6
Top with some more dried parsley if desired, serve hot, and enjoy!
