Instructions
Step 1

In a large pan, cook beef, season with salt, pepper. You can also add more spices like onion powder, oregano, and thyme. Set aside in a bowl.
Step 2

In the same pan, sauté mushrooms, until starting to brown. Add onion and kale. Sauté until onion softens.
Step 3

Stir in 3/4 cups water, peppercorn rub, cream cheese, pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to simmer. Stir occasionally until thickens.
Step 4
Lower the heat, stir in peas and cheddar cheese.
Step 5

You can either mix in the cooked beef or serve it in layers in a bowl - beef and vegetable mix on top - your call!
