Instructions
Step 1
Drain canned green jackfruit
Step 2
Cook in a pain with olive oil over medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add jackfruit to a bowl. Using two forks, shred the jackfruit just like you would chicken or pork

Season with your favorite spices and top it off with barbeque sauce
