or 3/4 cup dried chickpeas with 1/4 tsp baking powder

2 tspground coriander

½ tspharissa paste
or chilli paste

4 Tbsflour
or breadcrumbs

2 ½ Tbslemon juice

1 tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Blitz all ingredients in processor until mixed well into coarse pastes
Step 2
Make 4 burgers or 12 falafel balls
Step 3
Fry in oil till golden on both sides or
Step 4
Spray falafel and air fryer tray with oil and airfry on 190degrees C for 15 mins, turning after 10 mins.
Step 5
Serve with buns/pitta/wraps with chopped onion, tomato, lettuce, cucumber and mint/yogurt sauce or hummus.
