Instructions

Step 1
Start by crumbling your seitan into smaller pieces if needed. Allow the seitan to dry.
Step 2
Put a pan on medium heat, add olive oil once hot, and bake the seitan until crispy.
Step 3
Add soy sauce to the seitan when they’re halfway done (that way the soy sauce can still be absorbed by the seitan without making it soggy).
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
Step 5
Mash your cooked chickpeas, add the harissa paste and olive oil and mix. Assemble your sandwich and enjoy!
