Step 1
preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Step 2
in a smal bowl, mash the banana.
Step 3
next, add the oats, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
put parchment paper on a baking sheet. form into cookies- makes approx. 3 cookies.
Step 5
bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. enjoy!!
