Step 1
Preheat oven and blind bake a round of pastry the size of a cereal bowl per person. Bake until risen
Step 2
Cook the onions on low until browned
Step 3
Add the leek and cook a little longer
Step 4
Add the chicken and turn up to medium. Cook untilbrowning and cooked through
Step 5
Stir in oat fraiche
Step 6
Cut the pastryrounds in half to form a top andbottom of a pie, fill with the filling and serve
