Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan, sauté sausage and onion until sausage is cooked through




Step 2
Add in banana peppers and jalapeños and let cook 3-5 minutes so the sausage can absorb some of the juice from the peppers


Step 3
Fold in the cubes of cream cheese and stir continuously until completely melted.

Step 4
Once cream cheese is melted add in the pimentos and the tomato and fold in to incorporate. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle Parmesan on top too taste
