Step 1
Add your rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sweetener and vanilla to a glass container and mix until combined. Cover the glass and place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight. When you’re ready to eat take it out of the fridge and add your favourites toppings. We used banana and peanut butter and enjoy!
