Step 1
preheat oven to 220°c
Step 2
Finley dice onion. grate carrot, apple and zucchini. crush garlic
Step 3
combine with sausage mince and breadcrumbs. ensure breadcrumbs are fully combined. add a couple of teaspoon of wisked egg if mixture is dry.
Step 4
cut each pastry sheet in evenly in half. dived the sausage mince into four portions. create a long sausage in the centre of each rectangle of pastry (make sure mixture reaches the eadges)
Step 5
brush along the length of one side of the pastry rectangle with egg and roll up the pasty and place it seam side down. on a baking paper lined tray.
Step 6
cut the sausage rolls into desired portions
Step 7
brush the tops of each sausage roll with egg and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
Step 8
bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 220°c until golden brown. further cook sausage rolls at 190°c for 5-10 minutes to fully cook through.
