Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients by hand or blend in a blender.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp poppy seeds, gently stir them in the dressing with a spoon.
Step 3
Pour into a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

Chop red onion and iceberg lettuce.
Step 5
Cook and crumble bacon.
Step 6
Toss spinach, lettuce, onion, bacon, cheese, and cottage cheese with dressing, and serve immediately
