Instructions
Step 1
2 bowls, separate eggs, whites in one bowl yolk in another. In the bowl with yolk add milk, stir, sift and add flour, stir, add vanilla extract and stir. Beat egg whites until puffy, add sugar and beat until stiff peaks, then fold into egg yolk mixture.
Heat pan on low. Put mixture into a pastry bag and squeeze out into small pancakes on heated pan. Makes 8 mini pancakes.
