Instructions

Step 1
Boil 1 1/2 cups of your favorite elbow noodles. I use Great Value, but you can use any brand.

Strain noodles but leave about 2 Tbsp. of water in the pan.

Put noodles back into the pan and add butter. I used about 2 Tbsp. Then add in 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 4
Stir all together and turn on heat if needed to melt butter. Butter and water should bubble and become fragrant. That's when you can take the pan off the burner and serve.

I added parmesan cheese to each bowl, but it's delicious without it!
